We offer a Full Money Back Guarantee on our initial programme if you have not seen improvements in your body composition, fitness, energy levels and motivation.

To claim this guarantee you must meet all of the criteria below:

• Completed a minimum of 6-weeks of training.
• An 80% (or above) training session attendance (based on a minimum of 3 sessions per week) over the last 6 weeks which has been recorded within our booking system.
• Submitted weekly nutrition and lifestyle diaries over the last 6-weeks with full compliance to your programme.
• Implemented and documented any week to week changes or adjustments to your programme which have been advised by your coach.

Refunds & Cancellation

In compliance with UK Consumer Regulations for services you may cancel your order or subscription within 14 days of placing your order.

In the case of commencing training at your request, within 14 days of your order you will be deemed to have benefited from our services. If you decide to cancel within the 14 days statutory period after placing your order the value of such services will be deducted from any refund issued at a rate £30 per week or part there of.

Making payment is deemed sufficient intent for placing an order and entering into an agreement for services regardless of whether a signed agreement has or has not been completed.
