Cancellation

Forever-Strong Fitness and Performance understands that personal circumstances may change and as has a fair and reasonable cancellation policy.

Cancellation due to medical reasons

If you are unable to train long term due to sickness, injury or pregnancy you may be eligible to cancel any future payments due on your account.

In such cases, a medical letter will be required from your GP or midwife stating that you are unable to participate in exercise for medical reasons. In the case of a medical letter being accepted, any future payments on your account will be cancelled minus an administration fee of £30.00

Cancellation due to relocation

If you are unable to continue to train with Forever-Strong Fitness and Performance due to relocation of residence outside a 15 mile radius of our training location you may be eligible to cancel any future payments due on your account.

In such cases a letter of confirmation will be required from a practicing solicitor confirming that you have relocated to a location outside a 15 mile radius of our training facility. In the case of a confirmation letter being accepted, any future payments on your account will be cancelled minus an administration fee of £30.00

Cancellation due to redundancy / substantial drop in personal income

If you are unable to continue to train with Forever-Strong Fitness and Performance due to redundancy or substantial drop in your personal income you may be eligible to cancel any future payments due on your account.

In such cases a letter of confirmation will be required from your employer or if you are self-employed a practicing accountant confirming your redundancy or substantial drop in income. In the case of a confirmation letter being accepted, any future payments on your account will be cancelled minus an administration fee of £30.00

Cancellation for Any Other Reason

You may cancel your membership at anytime subject to paying off 50% of the remainder of your agreed minimum term agreement.

Please note that refunds will not be issued for any periods of unused training.

Please allow 7 working days for all cancellation requests to be processed. Any scheduled payments during this time will run as normal.

Forever-Strong Fitness and Performance reserves the right to terminate a clients membership immediately without giving a reason. In such cases a pro-rata refund will be issued and the client will no longer be able to attend training or involvement with Forever-Strong Fitness and Performance activities.
